Provide Cashback Hive Services

4ChatGPT App Data Minimization
Minimum Necessary Inputs
We design the ChatGPT app to collect only the information needed for the requested tool action. Offer lookup is limited to narrowly scoped inputs such as store names, short category-style search phrases, country, and sort preferences. Balance lookup uses your authenticated Cashback Hive account context instead of asking you to re-enter account details in chat.
Restricted and Sensitive Data
Please do not provide payment card numbers, bank account credentials, passwords, API keys, MFA or one-time codes, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive data through the ChatGPT app. Our ChatGPT app is not intended to collect or process those categories of information.
Conversation and Response Boundaries
Our ChatGPT app is intended to operate only on the specific prompts, snippets, and resources that the client sends to us. We do not ask the client to provide your full chat history. We also try to keep tool responses focused on the information needed to answer your request, such as available offers, tracked links, cashback balances, and recent cashback transactions.
Location Handling
For offer lookup, we use country-level location context to determine which stores and offers to show. We do not require raw location coordinates or a street address for the ChatGPT app to function.
