Terms of Service

By installing or using the Cashback Hive ChatGPT app (the "App"), you agree to these ChatGPT App Terms of Service, our full Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. "Cashback Hive," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Cashback Hive, Inc.

Offer Lookup

The App lets you search for cashback rates, coupon codes, and tracked shopping links for retailers. You can search by merchant name, category, or both. Results are based on our current retailer database and may vary by country.

Balance Check (Authenticated)

If you sign in to your Cashback Hive account, the App can show your cashback balance and recent transaction history. Sign-in is optional — offer lookup works without it.

Tracked Links

The App generates tracked shopping links. To earn cashback, you must complete your purchase through a tracked link with cookies enabled in your browser. The same tracking requirements described in our full Terms of Service apply.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

OpenAI's ChatGPT

The App is accessed through OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Your use of ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's own terms of use and usage policies, which apply in addition to these terms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of ChatGPT.

Authentication

Certain features require you to sign in to your Cashback Hive account through an OAuth flow within ChatGPT. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity that occurs through your authenticated session.

In addition to the prohibited activities described in our full Terms of Service, you agree not to:

Submit Restricted Data

Do not submit payment card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, API keys, government identifiers, protected health information, or other restricted or sensitive data through the App. The App is not designed to collect or process such information.

Violate Platform Policies

Do not use the App in any manner that violates OpenAI's usage policies or any other applicable third-party platform terms.

Abuse or Manipulate

Do not use bots, automated tools, or other means to abuse the App, manipulate cashback, or interfere with the App's operation.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, that results will be error-free, or that every purchase made through a tracked link will be successfully tracked. Cashback rates, coupon availability, and retailer participation may change at any time.

By You

You can disconnect the App at any time through ChatGPT's connected-app settings. Disconnecting the App does not close your Cashback Hive account or affect any existing cashback balance.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, or to revoke access for any user who violates these terms, our full Terms of Service, or OpenAI's usage policies.
